This part of the DfES site provides on-line services for teachers in England, with help for raising standards of achievement in schools. It is managed by the Standards and Effectiveness Unit (SEU) of the DfES.

This site is an incredibly useful resource containing all information on the National Curriculum in electronic form.The site map is a good place to begin as it provides an overview of everything on offer.
National Grid for Learning (NFGL)

Qualifications and Curriculum Authority (QCA)
This site gives an overview of curriculum, assessment and qualifications across the whole of education and training.
